Q. How much does it cost?

A. 

Core Program:

The Core Program of My Good Habits is a subscription based model, it is $15USD per month, or you can choose to pay $29USD per quarter (three months) or $99USD per year.

Intensives:

The Intensive courses will change in price dependent upon the type of Intensive and the duration. This is a once-off payment.

 

Q. Am i locked into a contract?

A. Once you’ve paid the first payment for your My Good Habits subscription, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. You will still be able to access the program to the end of the period you’ve paid for.

There are no refunds on the My Good Habits subscription of any level, whether that be monthly, quarterly or yearly.

Your purchase of an Intensive course is also non-refundable.

Q. how do I access the program?

A. You will receive a link upon enrolment. You can then access the online portal via desktop, tablet or mobile device.

 

Q. how long will i have access for?

A. You will have access until the end of your selected payment period.

 

Q. how is the content delivered?

A. The majority of the content is delivered through videos that can easily watch on your desktop, tablet or mobile device.

Q. can i download the videos to my personal device?

A. No, they can only be viewed within the online portal.

Q. how much time do i need to complete the program?

A. The program is designed so you can work through it at your own pace. The first 30 days are designed to introduce Charlie’s core habits that can then be applied to every day life as you create a healthier, happier you.

Q. do i need to have facebook?

A. There is a closed Facebook group that hosts all of the Live Sessions. If you do not have Facebook, you can watch them on the portal afterwards, but they will not be live.

Q. are there real-time sessions?

A. Yes, there are real-time sessions with Charlie and his trusted health practitioners from time to time.

 

Q. how do i know when they will be happening?

A. You will receive a notification through both Facebook and by email.

Q. a live is scheduled to start - Why can’t i find it on facebook?

A. If the live does not appear on the hour, please refresh the page. The live will be pinned to the top of the page/group, however Facebook does not automatically refresh the page for you.

Q. how do I turn notifications on for live sessions?

A. When you’re watching a live video or a video that was live, you can tap on the bell symbol 🔔 and select ‘all’ to be notified the next time the page starts a live broadcast.

Q. how do i turn comments on/off for live sessions?

A. To turn comments and reactions on/off a live video you’re watching on your computer: hover over the live video, then click the crossed comment symbol 🚫 in the bottom right to turn quiet mode on/off.

Q. what time will they be on?

A. They will be on at various times to cater for different time zones.

 

Q. what if i can’t view them live?

A. Sessions will be uploaded to the portal for you to view in your own time.

Q. what is the foundation of charlie’s approach to healthy eating?

A. Charlie recommends a diet consisting of fresh, unprocessed food, organic where possible and affordable.

 

Q. is there a set eating plan?

A. No, Charlie sets eating guidelines and provides recipe suggestions to empower you to create your own meals.

 

Q. will i get a shopping list each week or month?

A. No, you will be encouraged to cook the meals that appeal to you.

 

Q. do you have gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options?

A. Yes we do.

Q. what if i have intolerances to the recommended foods?

A. We encourage you to modify where necessary.
