I am committed to my health. I've always been open to learning as much as I can to keep myself as mentally and physically healthy as possible. These are my good habits - and I've created a program to share them with you.

The program is all filmed, making it easy to follow with new content every day. I will show you the habits I use in my life, so you can try them and see if they can become a beneficial part of your life too.

My Good Habits Membership

This program began the 1st January 2019 and we ran it LIVE for a month but you can begin any time you feel ready to bring new habits into your life. 

As you work through the program, you will have insights into the 3 volunteers - Dan (Sydney), Jennine (UK) and Alisha (US) -  as they integrated the essentials of this Foundation Program into their lives.  
Gut Health with Dr. Paul Froomes

Charlie's Gut Health doctor will explain the science behind why Charlie eats the way he does. With Dr Froomes guidance, we will share simple meals you can prepare and easily incorporate into your life beyond the Foundation Program. There will be options for both vegans and meat eaters.

Energy Movement with Charlie Goldmith

Charlie will explain how to move energy in your body which could be used as a form of meditation and self-healing. This program will give you access to previous LIVE sessions.

Process Emotions with Charlie Goldsmith

Throughout the program Charlie will share how he's learned to process stress, anxiety and overcome fears.


Throughout the 30 days there are two pre-recorded LIVE guided meditations each day. With repetition, we hope you’ll gain a deep understanding of the benefits of meditation and be motivated to include it in your everyday life. 


There are no set eating plans or shopping lists but we will share eating guidelines and recipes to empower you to create your own meals. The recipes are easy to prepare, delicious and created under the guidance of Dr. Paul Froomes and our Naturopath.

Charlie will demonstrate how he moves energy which he uses for healing and as a form of meditation. You'll practice it together in live sessions.


Charlie will try to answer as many of your questions as possible. 

Our trusted practitioners will share content and guidance as you work through the program. 


New content is added each month, including cooking demonstrations, yoga, functional movement, meditation and practitioner led programs
